1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using ACEAI, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your location. If you have not reached the age of legal majority, use ACEAI only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your account
ACEAI uses Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure, for activity under your ACEAI session, and for signing out on a shared device. Provide accurate account and player-profile information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms.
3. Your videos and other content
You retain ownership of the videos and other content you submit. You grant ACEAI a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transmit, and store selected video evidence and derived artifacts only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service or meet legal obligations.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for every submitted video, including permission from identifiable people where required. Do not submit confidential, unlawfully recorded, infringing, exploitative, or otherwise illegal content.
In the current web workflow, the original video remains in your browser. Selected key frames and derived pose evidence are transmitted for analysis and retained with your private coaching history as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use ACEAI for an unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purpose.
- Upload content that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, bypass limits, or attempt unauthorized access to the service, accounts, models, or infrastructure.
- Introduce malware, automate abusive traffic, scrape private data, or misrepresent AI output as a guaranteed expert assessment.
- Resell or commercially exploit the service without prior written permission.
5. Coaching and safety disclaimer
ACEAI evaluates a small set of visible video frames and pose landmarks. Camera angle, occlusion, lighting, model limitations, and missing ball or racket detail can materially affect a result. Scores, issue labels, corrected-pose guides, drills, and professional-player references are suggestions—not promises of accuracy, improvement, or injury prevention.
ACEAI does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or emergency advice. Consult an appropriate qualified professional before changing training after an injury or when you have a health concern.
6. Third-party services and links
The service relies on third parties, including Google, OpenRouter, model providers, and Tencent Cloud. It may also link to external coaching or search content. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and ACEAI is not responsible for their independent content or availability.
7. Service availability and changes
ACEAI is evolving and may impose reasonable usage limits, modify or discontinue features, change supported models, or experience downtime. We do not promise that the service or a particular analysis will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
8. ACEAI materials
The service software, interface, branding, and original site materials are owned by the ACEAI operator or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of ACEAI materials or third-party technology.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ACEAI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.
To the extent permitted by law, ACEAI and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Ending use and deleting an account
You may stop using ACEAI or sign out at any time. Signing out does not delete your account. To request deletion of your account, coaching history, and stored analysis artifacts, use the account deletion process.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as ACEAI changes. Updated terms will show a revised effective date, and continued use after they take effect means you accept them to the extent permitted by law.
