Account deletion

Delete your ACEAI data.

Signing out only ends the current session. During the free beta, account deletion is a verified manual process initiated by email.

1. Submit your request

  1. Send the request from the Google email address connected to the ACEAI account whenever possible.
  2. State clearly that you want the ACEAI account and its associated data deleted.
  3. Do not include your Google password, ACEAI cookie, API keys, or video files.
  4. Wait for written confirmation. A sent request does not by itself mean that deletion has completed.

If you no longer control the account email, explain that in the request. We may ask for limited additional information to verify ownership before acting.

2. What the deletion covers

A verified deletion request is intended to cover:

  • ACEAI account, Google identity mapping, player profile, and sessions.
  • Recorded product behavior, account-linked anonymous funnel events, and coaching-domain events.
  • Video hashes, filenames, sizes, durations, and other video metadata.
  • Analysis reports, observations, technique memories, revisions, preferences, and training plans.
  • Account-scoped private artifacts, including selected JPEG evidence frames, pose evidence, prompts, raw model responses, normalized reports, and manifests stored in Tencent Cloud Object Storage.

The original uploaded video is not part of server deletion because the current web workflow does not upload or store that original file.

Funnel events that were never linked to an ACEAI account contain no email address or Google identity and cannot be located through an account-deletion request.

3. What happens next

An operator verifies the account, disables access, removes the private object-storage prefix and account-scoped database records, validates that active records no longer remain, and then sends a completion notice. The process is manual so a request may require follow-up before it is complete.

Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or a legal obligation. Residual copies in a disaster recovery backup, if any, are not used for ordinary product activity and expire through the backup's normal lifecycle.

Before you delete

Account deletion is intended to be permanent. Your analysis history, incremental technique memory, and plans will no longer be available. If you only want to end the current browser session, use “Sign out” in the application instead.
